Un objectif majeur de la plate forme est de mettre en place des méthodes fiables de quantification des principales hormones végétales et de leurs conjugués, qui constituent une importante source d'hormones actives (en plus de la synthèse de novo). Nous travaillons également sur l'identification structurale de nouveaux signaux de type hormonal.

Arabido-hormones

Actuellement, la plate-forme dose en routine par chromatographie liquide couplée à la spectrométrie de masse les phytohormones suivantes : auxine, cytokinines, acide abscissique, acide jasmonique, acide salicylique, strigolactones. Des dosages de gibbérellines sont en cours de mise en place.
